Good to know before your first visit.
Do you see children?
Yes. We welcome new patients ages six and up, and care for the whole family from school age through the senior years.
What should I bring to a first visit?
Your insurance card, a photo ID, and a list of current medications. If you have recent lab results or records from a previous provider, bring those too.
Can I fill out forms ahead of time?
Yes. You can download and complete patient forms before you arrive, which makes check-in faster.
Do you take same-day appointments?
We hold time for same-day sick visits most days. Call in the morning and we will do our best to work you in.
What happens during bad weather?
Closings and delays are posted on our Facebook page, or call the office to confirm we're open.
